Martina Knappe Joins SugarCRM as EMEA Director of Marketing

Knappe will be responsible for implementing high-impact marketing strategies to increase the awareness of the company’s award-winning customer relationship management (CRM) technology across the region.

Martina has a truly European background and joins SugarCRM with more than 20 years’ technology marketing experience and a proven track record of leveraging cutting edge technologies in companies such as Siemens, Avaya and Interactive Intelligence. She was previously Head of EMEA Marketing at Interactive Intelligence Group, joining the contact centre software vendor in 2011, where she delivered increased brand recognition and contributed to annual growth targets year on year with creative pan-European campaigns.
