Yet again, when it comes to customer satisfaction – Sugar delivers!
SugarCRM has once again come out on top as the leading CRM platform, for the fourth consecutive year.
The results are in from PC Magazine’s annual Business Choice survey, which asks readers for their opinion on reliability, tech support experience and overall satisfaction on a range of CRM platforms. 98 companies in total were scored, of which only six made the mark with only one clear winner – SugarCRM, with outstanding scores in most categories.
As the winner of the 2018 CRM award, Sugar had significantly higher scores for overall satisfaction, likelihood to be recommended, Net Promoter Score, reliability and technical support. Overall, Sugar scored higher than any of its competitors including Salesforce, Microsoft and Oracle.
The Net Promoter Score can be regarded as one of the most reliable measures, when it comes to peer review and with SugarCRM being the only solution customers would ‘strongly recommend’ we are extremely proud of that result in particular.
Matthew D. Sarrel at PCMag spoke of the results: “Every year since 2015, this category has been owned by SugarCRM—this is the fourth time it’s taken our Business Choice award. There’s no reason to think it won’t continue to dominate the customer relationship world with PCMag readers at this point—the company certainly knows how to make its customers happy.”
