SugarCRM Once Again a “Visionary” in Gartner Magic Quadrant for Sales Force Automation
Gartner recently released its 2017 Magic Quadrant for Sales Force Automation, and SugarCRM was once again listed in the “Visionaries” quadrant – we believe because of the company’s continued improvement in our core SFA and mobile tools, among other product developments in the last year.
We at SugarCRM take the Visionary moniker very seriously. SugarCRM continues its dedication to innovation, its sales automation functionality; and in the past year introduced additional UX enhancements, a new quotes module, as well as enabling a more streamlined and custom mobile sales experience through its Mobile Application Configuration Service (MACS) as well as beta release of the SugarCRM Mobile SDK.
Additionally, this summer we introduced SugarCRM Hint – which drives sales productivity and provides insights into prospect and customers previously unavailable in a CRM offering. For these reasons, as well as our strong customer momentum over the past year – we believe Gartner named SugarCRM a Visionary for the fifth straight year.
