How does your company help businesses master the customer experience?
We seek to understand our customers’ objectives first, and then help them implement the strategies they need to make their goals a reality. How customers want to interact with you as a vendor is ever-changing. This means that the perfect customer experience is a moving target.
Staying on top of trends such as social media, artificial intelligence, machine learning and marketing automation, as well as when and how to use them, can be a risky proposition when done incorrectly. Why should attendees stop by to meet you in person?
It’s a great way to see what our company culture is like, and to meet some of our team. We will also be showcasing some really cool technology enhancements for SugarCRM: recently, we combined web chat functionality with a sentiment analysis AI tool. This AI tool will predict the sentiment of a web chat conversation in seconds, and can then immediately notify customer support of urgent or critical issues.
What’s the #1 thing most people might not know about your company—but should?
Within four years of being a SugarCRM partner, the hard work of our amazing team—along with the trust of our clients and the support of our families and friends—led us to obtain the status of Elite Partner. Since then, we have grown to three physical offices located in Montreal, Toronto and St. Louis, as well as a network of customers and partners around the globe.
What else would you like attendees to know about your company?
We work in technology, but we are “people’s” people. We are not interested in living in the matrix. We love how embracing technology enhances business relationships, impacts productivity and drives revenue. But it is people that get it done!
