SugarCon is SugarCRM’s annual conference for customers, partners, developers and technology experts to explore the latest CRM trends and innovations. This year’s event will feature Dr. Catriona Wallace, one of the world’s premier thought leaders on customer experience and trends related to the era of the empowered customer. SugarCon takes place on June 13-16, 2016 in San Francisco at the Hilton Union Square.

She has a PhD in Organizational Behavior (Leadership), is a published author and leading media commentator. She also conducts events focused on women in leadership and has been inducted into the Australian Business Women’s Hall of Fame.
