Boston-based BrainSell, SugarCRM’s largest global partner in 2015, has acquired the SugarCRM practices of Shafer Solutions and Profiling Solutions

CUPERTINO, Calif—December 12, 2016 – SugarCRM Inc., the company that enables businesses to create extraordinary customer relationships with the most empowering, adaptable and affordable CRM solution on the market, congratulates BrainSell on two recent acquisitions. Recently, BrainSell acquired the SugarCRM practices of Baltimore-based Shafer Solutions and Atlanta-based Profiling Solutions. BrainSell has now made a total of 30 acquisitions since 2008, boosting it to become SugarCRM’s largest channel partner in terms of new Sugar business.

Current clients of Shafer and Profiling now benefit from BrainSell’s Sugar expertise and support. BrainSell has more than 20 analysts and engineers dedicated to Sugar customers, and an ecosystem full of integrated products that help drive Sugar adoption.
