Deutsche Telekom’s Systems Solutions Unit Offers CRM and Cloud Solutions from SugarCRM; Enterprises in Germany Are Already On Board

CUPERTINO, Calif. – March 16, 2015 – SugarCRM Inc., the company that enables businesses to create extraordinary customer relationships with the most innovative, flexible and affordable CRM solution in the market, and Deutsche Telekom’s Systems Solutions Unit, T-Systems, today announced that T-Systems just went live with its SugarCRM Software hosting service in Germany and is reselling Sugar as a hosted cloud solution on its infrastructure. The partnership makes it easy for enterprises in Germany, Switzerland and Austria to quickly implement large Sugar deployments, while complying with regulations for data security and privacy.

BVMW, The German Association for Small and Medium-sized Businesses, is one of SugarCRM and Deutsche Telekom’s first joint customers. BVMW representatives make more than 700,000 contacts each year to represent the interests of the organization’s 270,000 member companies. In the past, individual BVMW offices separately managed member contacts with several different systems. The inability to share and synchronize information across systems was increasingly tedious and time-consuming. BVMW selected Sugar, powered by Deutsche Telekom, as its corporate CRM to give individual representatives across all of its offices a single platform to more effectively manage relationships with member organizations. BVMW is also using Sugar to create, manage and analyze marketing campaigns targeted to its members.

T-Systems data centers comply with the strictest interpretations of local data privacy regulations. Customers also have the option of deploying Sugar on premises thanks to Sugar’s highly flexible deployment model.

The agreement also includes T-Systems’ operations and services. T-Systems consultants and integration partners support customers with the design and implementation of advanced CRM systems and additional critical data source integrations. While the deployment currently targets enterprise customers in Germany, Switzerland and Austria, there are plans to expand the deployment to T-Systems data centers worldwide later this year.
