IMPORTANT: If you are a customer domiciled in a member state of the EU/EEA or otherwise subject to Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 (the “EU Data Act”), then the EU Data Act Addendum below also applies for eligible subscriptions (identified therein) obtained from and after September 12, 2025.
