John Roberts, Chairman, CEO and Co-Founder of SugarCRM, is a pioneer in the enterprise software market. As co-founder of SugarCRM, John established SugarCRM's commercial open source business model, co-led the product design of SugarCRM products, and helped build the Sugar Community into one of the largest open source communities on the Web. With experience across marketing, business development and product management, John has established SugarCRM as the only viable alternative to established proprietary CRM solutions.
Prior to co-founding SugarCRM, John spent 14 years in various product management and sales engineering roles at leading CRM companies E.piphany, BroadVision, Baan/Aurum Software and IBM. John holds a BS in Business from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Jacob Taylor
Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder Jacob Taylor is the leading architect for SugarCRM and defines, manages and develops the core Sugar technology. Jacob has designed Sugar to be one of the most conducive open source application projects for community development and contribution because of its modular architecture, high quality coding and superior scalability. He is one of three co-founders of SugarCRM, and has a reputation for engineering excellence.
Previous to co-founding SugarCRM, Jacob Taylor was the Sr. Development Manager at E.piphany in charge of platform infrastructure and services. Previous to E.piphany, Jacob worked at Symantec Corp.
Jacob attained his BS in Computer Science and Engineering from UCLA and an MS in Artificial Intelligence from UCLA.

Yun-Ping Hsu
Vice President of Engineering Yun-Ping Hsu, Vice President of Engineering at SugarCRM, is responsible for the software engineering and Sugar On-Demand operation of SugarCRM. Yun-Ping has 18 years of experience in software development and management, and proven track record of successfully designing and building strong engineering teams and software products.
Prior to joining SugarCRM, Yun-Ping Hsu was the Vice President of Engineering and Worldwide Support at BroadVision where he guided the design and development of BroadVision's Commerce, eMarketing, Portal and Process products. Prior to BroadVision, he worked on Internet advertising management software at NetGravity, Lotus Notes at Iris Associates, and the development of distributed transaction processing systems at Digital Equipment Corporation.
Yun-Ping is co-author of two software patents and holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University and a MS degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Steve Lance
Vice President of Finance and Administration Steve Lance is responsible for SugarCRM's finance and administration functions. Steve has over 17 years of experience managing finance operations for high-growth technology companies. Over his career Steve has played a key role in an initial public offering, several mergers and acquisitions, and international expansions. Steve has previously held senior financial management positions at several public companies including SumTotal Systems (formerly Docent, Inc.), ADAC Laboratories, Phoenix Technologies, and KLA-Tencor. Steve holds a BS in Business from San Jose State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Cameron Jackson
Vice President of Enterprise Sales
Cameron Jackson is responsible for enterprise sales at SugarCRM. As one of SugarCRM’s earliest employees, Cameron has played a vital role in building SugarCRM’s global sales force. Most recently, Cameron served as SugarCRM’s Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales for the northeastern United States.
With over 15 years of enterprise software experience, Cameron has held a variety of roles across sales, marketing and business development during his career. Prior to joining SugarCRM, Cameron served as a Corporate Account Executive for Microsoft Corporation where he was responsible for key financial services accounts. Cameron holds a BA from Tulane University.

Lila Tretikov
Chief Information Officer Lila Tretikov is responsible for Information Technology and Operations at SugarCRM including growing and scaling Sugar On-Demand and SugarCRM services infrastructure. Lila has a rich background in enterprise software spanning multiple verticals from financial to bioengineering to high-tech. She focuses on building robust, redundant, top-performance, high-availability networks and software.
Prior to coming to Sugar, Lila led development of solutions for the telecommunications space in a 24/7 high-availability geographically redundant environments for numerous fortune 500 customers. She was responsible for development of network applications for enterprise partners such as VeriSign and Sprint/Nextel. Lila has been delivering distributed enterprise software for large customers such as Bank of America and Sun Microsystems as well as led product design, development and deployment at start-up companies.
Lila has research background in Computer Science and Mathematics. She studied computer science and design at University of California at Berkeley and Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Andy Dreisch
Vice President of Support and Training Andy Dreisch is the Vice President of Support and Training, with executive responsibility of servicing our worldwide customer base. Andy was recently Vice President of Community Development at SugarCRM, leading Sugar Open Source project, community and developer initiatives. Andy's leadership roles in product marketing, product development and senior director of Sugar engineering have contributed to a wide variety of Sugar's success.
Prior to joining SugarCRM, Andy held a variety of positions building successful startup software companies in Silicon Valley. Andy's 5 years with WebEx Communications, Inc. began in the company's early growth phase where he was instrumental in developing programs in support of large-scale enterprise sales and adoption across the entire WebEx subscription base. During his time there, WebEx grew to become the premier web conferencing service provider and remains the dominate player in that space.
Andy attended Towson University in Baltimore, MD where be received a BS in dual disciplines, Economics and Finance.

Clint Oram
Vice President, Sugar Open Source Community Relations, Co-Founder
Clint Oram is one of three co-founders of SugarCRM and co-led the product design and development as well as the customer services team through the first year of business. He is now responsible for managing relations with the Sugar Open Source community, including developer relations and Sugar's community web site properties. Previously, Clint managed SugarCRM's European operations, located in Dublin, Ireland.
Clint's 12 years in enterprise software experience spans product management, professional services and software engineering. Prior to co-founding SugarCRM, Clint worked at E.piphany, Octane Software, Hewlett Packard and PG&E.

Bernadette Bosinger
Vice President of Human Resources SugarCRM is widely known for the high quality culture defined by its employees, of which the personnel hiring and workplace environment are two leading contributors to SugarCRM’s success. Bernadette Bosinger, VP of Human Resources is the person responsible for SugarCRM’s viable workplace. Her responsibilities include hiring, staffing, employee support, benefits and employee activities.
Previous to SugarCRM, Bernadette has over 15 years experience in human resources and staffing. Recently she headed her own consulting company and had many high technology, silicon valley based clients. Bernadette graduated with a BA from UCSC.

Russ Kojima
Vice President of Professional Services Russ Kojima is the Vice President of Professional Services at SugarCRM with over 20 years of experience in technology and consulting. Russ is responsible for providing consulting and implementation services to SugarCRM’s commercial customers. He is focused on providing customers business solutions that meet their specific needs.
Prior to joining SugarCRM, Russ was the Open Source Strategy Manager at IBM Global Services and was part of their Open Source steering committee. Prior to IBM, Russ held a variety of consulting management positions at KPMG Peat Marwick, Oracle, PSInet and Olliance.
Russ holds a BA in Geological Sciences from UC Santa Barbara and a MS in Geophysics from San Diego State University.
