While CEO he launched SourceForge.net and led the company through an IPO in December 1999. |

Jeff CampbellVice President of SalesJeff Campbell is Vice President of Sales at SugarCRM where he is responsible for managing and scaling SugarCRM across its partner and direct sales operations. As one of the earliest employees at SugarCRM, Jeff has played an integral role in the company's growth over the past five years. Prior to his current role, Jeff built and grew SugarCRM's channel sales organization into a worldwide network of more than 250 resellers, consulting and OEM partners. With close to 20 years of experience in the software industry, Jeff joined SugarCRM from Epiphany where he managed Strategic Accounts and Customer Marketing Programs. Prior to Epiphany, Jeff held senior roles in sales and marketing at Informatica Corporation, Business Objects and Sybase. Jeff studied Business and Entrepreneurship at the University of Southern California. |

Chuck CoulsonVice President of Business DevelopmentChuck Coulson is responsible for the management and expansion of SugarCRM's partnership with leading technology and service providers worldwide. Prior to joining SugarCRM, Chuck was Vice President of Business Development for Parature, Inc., a privately held provider of on-demand customer service software, where he was responsible for the company's channels, alliances, and strategic partnerships programs on a global basis. Previously, he was Senior Director, Business Development and Field Operations at SAP, a publicly traded subsidiary of SAP AG, the world's largest business software company. Before joining SAP, Chuck on served as Senior Director, Solutions Alliances for Salesforce.com, a publicly traded company providing on-demand customer relationship management services. During his tenure at Salesforce.com, he developed their ISV and Strategic Alliance Program, and was responsible for identifying, enabling and managing the partner community of ISV's to further develop strategic partner relations to produce new sources of revenue. Chuck began his career with Oracle Corporation, a publicly traded enterprise software company, where he held a variety of technical account management, alliance management, and business development roles during his 15-year tenure. Chuck studied Information Systems with concentrations in Marketing and Private Finance at Carnegie-Mellon University. |

Steve LanceVice President of Finance and AdministrationSteve Lance joined SugarCRM early in 2006, bringing 20 years of experience managing finance operations for high-growth technology companies. As Vice President of Finance and Administration, Steve provides the leadership necessary to support SugarCRM's worldwide expansion. Steve has developed the financial systems infrastructure required to support global operations, and produces meticulous, accurate and timely financials. Steve's insightful financial analysis is paramount to the management team's fact based decisions. Prior to his career at SugarCRM, Steve played a significant role in an initial public offering, several mergers and acquisitions, and international expansions. Steve previously held senior financial management positions at several public companies including SumTotal Systems (formerly Docent, Inc.), ADAC Laboratories, Phoenix Technologies, and KLA-Tencor. Steve holds a BS in Business from San Jose State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. |

Lila TretikovVice President of Engineering/CIOLila Tretikov is responsible for Engineering and Technology Operations at SugarCRM, including engineering development and managing SugarCRM's cloud services technology. Lila has a rich background in enterprise software spanning multiple verticals from financial to bioengineering to high-tech. She focuses on building robust products and the redundant, highly-available systems to support their delivery. Prior to coming to Sugar, Lila led development of solutions for the telecommunications space in a 24/7 high-availability geographically redundant environments for numerous fortune 500 customers. She was responsible for development of network applications for enterprise partners such as VeriSign and Sprint/Nextel. Lila has been delivering distributed enterprise software for large customers such as Bank of America and Sun Microsystems as well as led product design, development and deployment at start-up companies. Lila has research background in Computer Science and Mathematics. She studied computer science and design at University of California at Berkeley and Lomonosov Moscow State University. |

Andy DreischVice President of ServicesAndy Dreisch is the Vice President of Services, with executive responsibility for professional services, customer support and training in support of our worldwide customer base. Andy was recently Vice President of Community Development at SugarCRM, leading Sugar Open Source project, community and developer initiatives. Andy's leadership in product marketing, product development and engineering has been instrumental to Sugar's success. Prior to joining SugarCRM, Andy held a variety of positions building successful startup software companies in Silicon Valley. Andy's 5 years with WebEx Communications, Inc. began in the company's early growth phase where he was instrumental in developing programs in support of large-scale enterprise sales and adoption across the entire WebEx subscription base. During his time there, WebEx grew to become the premier web conferencing service provider and remains the dominate player in that space. Andy attended Towson University in Baltimore, MD, where be received a BS in dual disciplines, Economics and Finance. |

Clint OramVice President of Products, Co-FounderClint Oram is one of three co-founders of SugarCRM who co-led the original design and development of the Sugar application. Over the past five years, he has helped plan and deliver the product, services and community strategies at SugarCRM. Clint now leads the Product, Community Development and Technical Alliances teams at SugarCRM. Prior to co-founding SugarCRM, Clint held a variety of development, professional services and product management roles at Epiphany, Octane Software and Hewlett Packard. He has over 14 years in the enterprise software industry designing and building award-winning software solutions. Clint holds a BS in Computer Science from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and is a co-author of a software engineering patent. |

Chris HarrickVice President of MarketingChris Harrick is vice president of marketing with responsibilities for marketing communications, public relations, events, analyst relations and SugarCRM's commercial web properties. An early employee of SugarCRM, Chris has played a key role in helping establish SugarCRM's brand and product leadership in the CRM market. Chris has over 10 years of experience in enterprise software. Before joining SugarCRM, Chris held a variety of product marketing roles at Siebel Systems. Chris began his career at Mainspring, an Internet consultancy that was acquired by IBM. He holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and a bachelor's degree from Boston College. |
