Mobile Studio
With new Mobile Studio capabilities, Sugar administrators can now customize the EditView, DetailView, ListView and Search layouts of the Sugar modules appearing in the mobile view.
Sugar administrators can also:
- Remove or move default fields to create a more streamlined mobile look and feel
- Add custom fields to create purpose-built mobile solutions, such as field service tools
- Choose which modules they wish to appear in the mobile view, hiding non-critical modules for a fast, easy to use mobile user experience
The Mobile Studio enables fast, simple configuration of the mobile views into SugarCRM.

Dynamic Teams
Sugar is also introducing new dynamic team capabilities that enable users to add multiple individuals or teams to a CRM record to enhance collaboration on complex projects. For example, both sales and support agents can be assigned the same record, so that a more collaborative assisted sales methodology can be managed in the Sugar system.

Cloud Connectors
Sugar Cloud Connectors connect third-party data service providers such as Hoover's, JigSaw, and LinkedIn so that users can obtain the most up-to-date account and lead information directly within SugarCRM.
- Cloud Views provide users a simple one-click preview of information retrieved from cloud data providers.
Information from multiple data services can be viewed upon a mouseover within record detail views.
Integrating Hoover's company, industry, and people insights into customers' existing workflows, like SugarCRM, enables customers to find prospects faster, manage sales cycles efficiently, and close more sales - all from their primary business application.

- Data Merge allows users to select data from multiple data providers and merge the latest information directly into SugarCRM.
Quickly choose relevant information to merge into your CRM.
Sugar Cloud Connectors utilize a new data services framework that allows for any third-party data to be integrated directly into SugarCRM. Other Cloud Connectors available now include Zoominfo and Crunchbase, which are available for download at Sugar Exchange, SugarCRM's marketplace for commercial extensions.

Social Feeds
Social Feeds is a Sugar Dashlet on the SugarCRM homepage which provides statuses, alerts and notifications similar to the functionality found in popular social networking applications such as Facebook.
- Exchange information and collaborate with team members
- Receive alerts on key changes in customer information
- Receive updates on recent team activity

My Portal Dashlet
Sugar Portal Dashlets allow users to view information from external web sites and applications within the SugarCRM instance. For example, pre-built Dashlets will present product and news updates about SugarCRM directly on the homepage. The Sugar Portal Dashlets are extensible and can be changed, minimized or shared across users, teams and roles.
Portal Dashlet example: CRM Outsiders Blog (www.crmoutsiders.com). Multiple dashlets can be added, easily resized, and configured to display different web sites.
