Consulting Firm Recognizes Technology, Strategic Partnerships and Company Development of CRM Specialist

Munich – June 10, 2015 – SugarCRM Inc., the company that enables businesses to create extraordinary customer relationships with the most innovative, flexible and affordable CRM solution in the market, today announced that the company was positioned in the leader quadrant for SaaS CRM in Experton Group’s “Cloud Vendor Benchmark 2015”. Leaders are characterized in particular by functional scope, integration capabilities and ease of use. In addition, by taking account of trends such as Big Data, Mobility and Social Business.

The analysts of Experton Group certifies SugarCRM an increase in competitive strength in Germany. An important factor here is in particular the global strategic partnership with T-Systems to provide enterprise-level CRM for security conscious organizations. The Sugar services are hosted in the data centers of T-Systems and maintained by T-Systems employees. A customer of this partnership is for example the German Association for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses (BVMW). The representatives of BVMW, the largest voluntarily organized SMB association in Germany, make more than 700,000 contacts each year to represent the interests of the organization’s 270,000 member companies. The BVMW relies on Sugar as its corporate CRM to give individual representatives across all of its offices a single platform to more effectively manage relationships with member organizations.

In terms of functionality as Marketing & Sales Force Automation or collaboration tools Experton Group sees SugarCRM even ahead of most providers.
