Email Archiving

Sugar’s Email Archiving is a service offered by SugarCRm that makes it easy to save and access all your contacts’ email messages. With your Sugar subscription, you’ll get a unique Sugar Email Archiving address. Include it in the To, Cc, or Bcc fields when you send email to contacts, and your message—plus any attachments, images, and calendar events—will automatically link to your contact’s Sugar records. If a contact sends email or documents to you, just forward them to your Sugar Email Archiving address for automatic linking and archiving.
