Longtime SAP Executive Joins the Upstart CRM Provider to Tell SugarCRM’s Innovation Story

Kai will lead the creation and communication of messaging and positioning for the company’s CRM and relationship intelligence product lines.

Petzelt joins SugarCRM from SAP SuccessFactors, where he served as vice president of product marketing. In that role, he built content marketing strategy and managed a global team of product marketing managers for the company’s HCM (human capital management) suite of products. Prior to SAP SuccessFactors, he was the director of product marketing for the CRM solutions line of business at SAP.
