Wipro has successfully implemented Sugar for one of our joint customers in North America to support customer care processes in their contact center; additionally, together we are working on major deals for financial services, telco and government/healthcare clients on the Sugar platform. In addition, we are developing a ‘Contact Center in a Box’ solution that involves a preconfigured set of use cases deployed on Sugar and additional add-on applications.
