CRM Market Awards Spotlight Sugar Across Five Key Categories; Customer Redglaze Group Recognized as Prestigious 2014 CRM Elite Winner

SugarCRM amassed top recognition across five categories of the 2014 CRM Market Awards, including its customer Redglaze Group, who was honored with the acclaimed 2014 CRM Elite award for its use of Sugar and impressive ROI across the entire organization.
Awarded by the editors of CRM Magazine, the five DestinationCRM.com honors highlight overall excellence and innovation in CRM. For the 2014 Market Awards, judges evaluated nominees based on company direction, depth of product functionality, customer satisfaction and cost. SugarCRM was named a “Leader” in three categories — “Enterprise CRM Suite,” “Midmarket CRM Suite” and “Small Business CRM Suite” — as well as the “One to Watch” in the “Sales Force Automation” category.
The 2014 CRM Elite title was given to four companies that made wise CRM solution choices to achieve measurable results. Architectural and engineering group Redglaze Group made the cut, with its Sugar deployment. A diverse organization, Redglaze Group has many disparate types of data, and its former CRM solution simply couldn’t scale with the business. The company sought an advanced CRM platform that could deliver value to many individuals throughout the organization. In the “Open-Source CRM” category, SugarCRM took the coveted “Winner” title, indicating the highest overall score compared with its peers.
