The new integration, called Process Manager Pro SP, provides powerful workflow for SugarCRM Professional. The announcement was made at SugarCRM’s 6th annual SugarCon event, an annual customer, user and partner conference being held April 23-26, 2012 at The Palace Hotel in San Francisco, California.
