Collection and Use of Your Feedback
To help us to better understand your feedback and improve our services and products, we automatically collect certain data at the time you submit your feedback to us, including:
- Company Name : The name of your company as defined by your administrator
- Time Stamp : The time and date your feedback is submitted
- Location : The page or location in the application from which your feedback is submitted
- Role : Any roles assigned to your Sugar user by your administrator
- Account Type : Whether your Sugar user is an administrator or regular user
This data will be transmitted to and stored at our locations and systems in the US and in other jurisdictions in which we do business.
Though we love to hear from our customers, sharing feedback is entirely voluntary. If you don’t want us to collect this data, you can always decide not to submit your feedback.
