Our quarterly release is here! With the latest release from Sugar, users of Sell and Serve will have insights into every customer interaction and empower reps to understand the customer and prospect’s needs like never before with the expansion of powerful artificial intelligence capabilities.
This release brings an enhancement that your sales teams are definitely going to love. Many Sugar Serve users are enjoying SugarLive—our omnichannel tool that lets service reps from any industry to communicate in real-time with their customers. This update doubles down on providing sellers roadblock-free experience. We are pleased to announce that SugarLive is now available to all Sugar Sell users! Additionally, SugarLive will include sentiment analysis for both Sell and Serve. Sentiment analysis is backed by Sugar’s powerful AI engine, SugarPredict, and will record sentiment for both the customer and the sales rep or customer service agent.
In other great news, we’ve listened to your feedback, and we are happy to introduce a highly configurable Portal Theme Designer. We’ve made the Sugar Serve portal interface customizable, allowing customers to design their own portal with color schemes, logos, banners and more.
Sugar Market, which in the last release, focused on enhancing the sync between Sugar Sell and Sugar Market, brings Dynamic Distribution Lists, another exciting enhancement that allows Market users to segment audiences based on any of the information they have in Sugar Sell.
