SugarCRM Ranks in Top Ten for G2’s List of Top Sales Automation Platforms

We’re entering the season of reflection and gratefulness, and we have plenty to be grateful for. Thanks to our customers’ honest reviews, SugarCRM has been named a leader for the 17th consecutive quarter in G2’s Mid-Market Grid Report. Nothing could make a Chief Customer Officer happier than seeing the dedication we put forth to our customers reflected in what they have to say about us. 

The G2 Grid Report represents the democratic voice of real Sugar users and scores vendors based on satisfaction and market presence. Sugar received high scores for customization, customer contract management, and opportunity and pipeline management. We can also boast a faster return on investment (ROI) and go-live time for customers than the leading competitor. 2019 was a pivotal year in the company’s history—a time of change. In the last year and a half, Sugar has pioneered new AI-powered, cloud-based, time-aware technology unlike anything else on the market, all in the name of one thing: our customers.
