This year’s SugarCon keynotes had countless highlights. Attendees enjoyed insights from visionaries like The Oakland A’s GM Billy Beane, and fellow customers in addition to SugarCRM executives Larry Augustin, Clint Oram and Rich Green.
For us, one of the most exciting moments was when Tim Draper, co-founder of landmark venture firm Draper Fisher Jurvetsun and an early investor in some of the world’s most innovative technologies (Skype, Hotmail, etc.) told the audience essentially that the future of CRM is all about augmented reality and data insights pushed to the user.
In short, what we are building today around the SugarCRM Hint product line. To lightly paraphrase Mr. Draper: Hint is the future of CRM.
