Who teaches Sugar learning sessions?
Learning sessions are taught by Authorized Learning Partners, Gold-level partners who are certified to teach Sugar courses. There are several Authorized Learning Partners located throughout the world.
How much do learning sessions cost?
Learning session prices are set by each Authorized Learning Partner to be competitive in the local geographic region. Pricing is set based on the course length as well as whether the course is held online or in person.
How do I register for a learning session?
From Sugar University's training page, click on the link labeled "Register" next to the class you would like to register for. You'll be taken to the Authorized Learning Partner's website, where you can register and pay for your course.
Can I withdraw from an online public learning session that I registered for?

What is the classroom training cancellation policy?

How can I obtain the learning session materials?
Learning sessions that include specific learning materials are only provided for participants who attend the session. The materials are provided as a learning aid to the sessions; they are not designed to stand alone without instruction.
How do I access the online public learning session I am registered for?
You should have received an email from the Authorized Learning Partner that contained links to the online session. If you did not receive this email, please contact the Authorized Learning Partner.
I've lost the email confirmation for my learning session; how do I join the learning session?
Please contact the Authorized Learning Partner where you signed up for the course to obtain information about how to join the learning session.
What system requirements do I need to attend an online public learning session?
Most Authorized Learning Partners use GoToMeeting from Citrix to conduct their online learning sessions. GoToMeeting sessions require a high-speed internet connection and a phone.
Can my company reserve an entire Seminar or Workshop just for our employees?
