StarCare Systems has been in the consulting, solution design and development business for over 25 years. StarCare began in 1985 by designing CRM Systems (Customer Relations Management) for the automotive industry (Mercedes Benz Dealers). The name “StarCare” stands for care of the Mercedes Star. Our efforts focused on providing software solutions which are scalable to a variety of platforms helped to build our expertise in computer hardware, networks and web solutions. By the late nineties, we expanded our business to include custom software/hardware solution design and implementation, specifically for network & web environments.
Our core competencies are Customer Relationship, Help Desk Solutions, IT Service Management (ITIL) and VoIP call centers. Our solutions can include Server Builds and Launch, VoIP Phone Systems, Help Desk and CRM.
Some of our current projects include the development and implementation of systems for companies who are under contract to the U.S. Government or directly to Federal and Local Government Agencies. StarCare has been doing GSA Government work for 10+ years. Some examples of StarCare Clients are: Army, Navy, DOD, US Capitol, State Dept., FBI, Justice Dept., NIH, and USDA. Just to name a few. StarCare has a clear understanding of the special needs of local, state and federal government groups and the security that goes along with this type of project.
