SugarCRM Wins ISM 2013 Top 15 CRM Software Award

CUPERTINO, Calif. — May 21, 2013 — SugarCRM, the company that makes every user a customer expert, today announced that its Sugar software portfolio has been selected by ISM Inc., Customer-Centric Business Strategic Advisors, as a Top 15 CRM Small & Medium Business Software Award for 2013*.

Sugar was chosen after intensive testing by the ISM Software Lab at its Bethesda, Md.-based headquarters. Each package was rated according to 208 selection criteria, including 99 business functions, 48 technical features, 34 implementation capabilities, 10 real time criteria and 17 user-support features.
