Japan Technology Services Segment’s Core Company Joins SugarCRM Partner CareBrains In New Partnership

CUPERTINO, Calif.—September 24, 2007 — SugarCRM Inc., the world’s leading provider of commercial open source customer relationship management (CRM) software, today announced SOFTBANK TECHNOLOGY has signed a J-Gold partner agreement with CareBrains Inc., a Japanese SugarCRM strategic partner, to distribute SugarCRM solutions.The new partnership will service a broad range of customer needs by offering an ASP services utilizing SugarCRM.

The company has licensed a 100 user subscription within its customer call center.
