Multi-Channel Marketing for Better Customer Communication

SugarCRM Multi-Channel Marketing simplifies and expands SugarCRM's marketing automation solutions. New functionality includes a Campaign Wizard for simplified campaign set-up and execution, Campaign Manager for results tracking across channel, and Automated Lead Capture for integrating web leads into SugarCRM. SugarCRM Multi-Channel Marketing includes functionality for better management of email marketing, online advertising, newsletters, search engine marketing, list rentals, telesales programs, webcasts, and traditional advertising.

New functionality includes:

  • Campaign Wizard simplifies the experience of managing campaigns. The Campaign Wizard walks a marketer through a step-by-step process for setting up marketing campaigns. This expedites the process for marketers to design, develop and execute programs.
  • Campaign Manager with ROI Reports creates tracking URLs for online programs, records impressions and ad program cost information to provide a real-time ROI report based on the opportunity generated and closed by the campaign.
  • Automated Lead Capture lead capture forms to use on web sites that capture leads and automatically associate it to a campaign. The lead form wizard eliminates the need for technical expertise to link form fields to specific campaigns.

SugarCRM Business Analytics for Complex Reporting and Analysis

SugarCRM's Business Analytics expands existing capabilities to generate ad-hoc, multi-module reporting to analyze mission critical business activities spanning marketing, sales and customer support. This allows executives the choice to create their own reports and charts to monitor real-time results in a dashboard.

With SugarCRM Business Analytics, users can create reports, view them in multiple formats (pie, line, bar or multi-tier bar charts), save and bookmark the reports and charts for future reference. Users can also evaluate more complex datasets by associating multiple groups, run reports on any custom field, and link several module fields together. This gives executives the opportunity to see the impact from one area of business upon another - such as marketing campaigns affecting closed-won deals.
