SugarCRM Honors Platinum Partner Epicom with Two Leadership Awards at SugarCon 2014
Epicom earns the 2014 SugarCRM Global Leadership Award and the 2013 Regional Leader Award for North America SAN FRANCISCO, April 30, 2014 – Epicom, a leading SugarCRM 3-Star Platinum partner focused on consulting, customizing, and integrating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, receives the 2014 SugarCRM Global Leadership Award and the 2013 Regional Leader Award for North America at SugarCon 2014. SugarCon is SugarCRM’s annual user conference and tradeshow. This year’s conference is April 28 – May 1 at the Hilton Union Square inSan Francisco and there is estimated to be more than 1,000 attendees.

Dozens submitted an application and only six were chosen to present during the final event at SugarCon. Epicom’s app is a mobile friendly portal with an integrated shopping cart for SugarCRM. The portal enables a company’s customers, vendors, or contractors to interact with the CRM. The customers can input data, purchase items from Sugar’s product catalog and gain transparency into relevant CRM data.
In March of 2014, Epicom was named a SugarCRM Three-Star Platinum partner for being among the top Sugar partners to achieve the top 10 percent in revenue for 2013. The Three-Star Platinum award was given for demonstrating commitment to SugarCRM by actively participating in the partner program over a number of years and delivering significant customer success.
