SugarCRM Expands its Reach in Eastern Europe
Presents at Telecommunications Forum 2011 with Channel Partner, PSTech
CUPERTINO, Calif. – November 18, 2011 – SugarCRM, the world’s fastest growing customer relationship management (CRM) company, is actively working to grow its business in Eastern European Countries (EECs) under the direction of the region’s Territory Manager, Katarína Parkanská. The company is experiencing significant growth in EECs, and in addition, the company’s worldwide billings grew to 69 percent in the third quarter over the same period in 2010.
Globally, SugarCRM has more than 350 channel partners and over 30,000 open source community developers who contribute to the advancement of the product. In the EEC market, in particular, there are several certified channel partners that already offer CRM sales, training and support, and local language versions. These partners are particularly enthusiastic about the flexible deployment model that SugarCRM provides. Clients can now access Sugar support from official partners in 15 EECs.
Territory Manager for the EECs at SugarCRM Deutschland GmbH, Katarína Parkanská, said, “One of my main goals is to penetrate the Eastern European market further and have at least one certified channel partner in every country. The objective is to offer our customers all the necessary local support they need as well as local language packs. The SugarCRM vision of thinking globally and acting locally has been realized by hiring a multicultural team, by demand-driven growth of the channel partner network around the world, and by offering Sugar in numerous local languages. To address the growth in Eastern Europe, Sugar will be adding support for Albanian, Croatian, Latvian, Macedonian, Slovakian and Slovenian.
