Faye Business Systems Group Achieves Their Second Sugar App of the Month Recognition from SugarCRM

WOODLAND Hills, Calif. – November 6, 2012 - Faye Business Systems Group (FBSG), Inc. today announced that it has achieved the November 2012 Sugar App of the Month recognition from SugarCRM, the market-leading customer relationship management (CRM) company that enables effective customer engagement enterprise-wide. The App of the Month has been awarded to SugarCRM Gold Partner FBSG for their SugarCRM QuickBooks Integration Application, a newly developed application that brings together two of the major software offerings in their categories and allows the two packages to sync both ways.

The SugarCRM QuickBooks Integration Application, eliminates double entry of customers and sales orders in both Sugar and QuickBooks, updates Sugar with critical invoice history information that can be used for marketing campaigns and salesperson inquiries, and provides access to product lists and inventory status in Sugar without having to manually key in items.

The integration currently works with QuickBooks Pro, Premier, and Enterprise, and is compatible with Sugar hosted in their on-demand environment, hosted with any other cloud provider, or running on an in-house server.  In addition, the integration allows custom mapping of all Sugar and QuickBooks fields, including custom fields in either application. This opens the door to enabling users to create further customizations with no programming skills required.
