Suppressed by address or domain?

Hi

there is another version of sugar Version 5.1.0c (Build 4979) on windows server

I've sent a email campaign, and its not in my Manage Email Queue when I checked the view status of the Email Campaigns I get see the message under "Suppressed by address or domain", "Activity Type"

What does Suppressed by address or domain mean? How do I get this emails sent?

Hello Sokka,

Did any of your emails go out or were they all suppressed? Check to see if any of those emails have the 'Opt Out' checked off within the Lead/Contact, or check to see if you have a target list of type Suppression. Also, was this the first time you tried to send out this campaign to this group of people? You can only send out one email marketing item to a Default type target list once. If you try any other times, then system will suppress the emails, because it does not want to send more than one copy of an email more than once. This functionality helps prevent someone from receiving multiple copies, in case you have duplicate emails within the system
