Exclamation Studio does not load sub-modules

I have discovered that the Studio editor of my installation has stopped working. The page give a contant error (below) that I cannot get around. The basic studio page loads but I cannot get into any of the modules from the tree menu. The "loading please wait" is given and then "done" but then nothing is shown in the Main window.

I forced permissions of the entire CRM folder and subfolders to give the web user FULL permissions and even went so far as to give the EVERYONE user R/W to all folders.

I NEED to get back into the custom field editor ASAP. Is there another way to perform Studio fetures without the fancy interface? I have had problems with the new editor tools before but now they are becoming a real pain.

Default Re: Studio does not load sub-modules

Possible related issue. I am getting many warning of undefined indexes. I ran the Diagnostics in Admin and get this:

PHP Warning: file_get_contents(style.css) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in D:\Webdata\apps\crm5\modules\Administration\Diagno sticRun.php on line 412 PHP Notice: Undefined index: DynamicField in D:\Webdata\apps\crm5\modules\Administration\Diagno sticRun.php on line 607 PHP Notice: Undefined index: dirname in D:\Webdata\apps\crm5\modules\Administration\Diagno sticRun.php on line 608 PHP Notice: Undefined index: Connectors in D:\Webdata\apps\crm5\modules\Administration\Diagno sticRun.php on line 607 PHP Notice: Undefined index: dirname in D:\Webdata\apps\crm5\modules\Administration\Diagno sticRun.php on line 608 PHP Notice: Undefined index: CustomFields in D:\Webdata\apps\crm5\modules\Administration\Diagno sticRun.php on line 607 PHP Notice: Undefined index: dirname in D:\Webdata\apps\crm5\modules\Administration\Diagno sticRun.php on line 608 PHP Notice: Undefined index: Audit in D:\Webdata\apps\crm5\modules\Administration\Diagno sticRun.php on line 607 PHP Notice: Undefined index: dirname in D:\Webdata\apps\crm5\modules\Administration\Diagno sticRun.php on line .......
... goes on for several pages.

The diagnostic did run but this is worrying. I dont have lots of time to admin the site so I need any feedback you can give on fixes or possible diagnostics.
