Emails Dissapearing after Email Sync

I've been working with sugar 5.2.0i and i've noticed that there are issues with the email module that causes emails that have been synched to dissapear from the inbox without notice? Im wondering if there are any solutions that have been discovered regarding this problem...? It looks like its been an issue for a awhile from the various posts from other members, but ive yet to see a solution...? If anyone has any information about this issue, it would be great to hear from you.
