We absolutely do plan to support more databases and have been putting infrastructure in place to do that. Frankly, it just hasn't been a pressing issue to date though. People have been happy with MySQL and have been significantly more interested in growing the sales, service, and marketing end-user functionality sooner than adding new databases.
