I run a 70-person company which I founded which develops and sells software for Fortune 500 companies used in order processing in large distribution facilities. Our CRM needs are modest but I do have 12 people in sales and they all need access to a good CRM. I have other people who need to access. I am trying to figure out which CRM to use and I like what I see in the Sugar community. I want to host the software. Is these some place I can go to see what is available in open source, for instance mobile platforms supported etc. I need some help wrapping my mind around how to even chose a platform and my license at Dynamics ends this week. Used Salesforce before, find it too open-ended price wise.

In our System user can upload document on our site/syatem , now i want that when user upload any file , it upload directly on KTDMS where we want to Upload in directory/folder .
The all process on " Back end " ,

We need to unsubscribe the leads which consists of same email addresses so that it should not appear in the target list when we select the leads with "New" status. If we change the status of one record among the three to "unsubscribe" which are having same email addresses, then only record is getting unsubscribed and others are remaining same but all the three are getting opted out. Here the issue is with unsubscribe. And when we are selecting the leads records which are having "New" status then the opt out email addresses lead records are getting displayed.

So, can you please give us some information how to solve this issue and change the status of respective three records at a time. (We don't want to suppress the list when we send the campaings but we need to select the correct leads without unsubscribe records)

Hai, i have found you in sugar crm members and hope you could help me.

My client has installed Community edition v. 5.1b and now he wants to buy professional edition.
Some of his men would like to work offline using the Offline client of professional edition.
So when they connect to interent, the changes they made to the offline client would be updated in the professional edition database.
Now the same data updated in the professional edition database needs to be updated in the community edition database.
Please let me know, whether it would be feasible to achieve this, and whether we can use triggers to do this.

how do i change the tabs name in calendar list view page.. that is instead of day/month/year i would like to have some other names.
