My name is Michael. I am looking to use Sugar to manage the operations of a small organization I volunteer for. I like Sugar for just being Sugar, not for any particular reason - yet. The speed is pretty good (except when used in Opera - all the AJAX stuff takes forever to do anything, and it locks up the page sort of, making you wait a while for any click to mean something), the features are plentiful (even in the Open Source editio), and the interface is clean. I'm still learning all the ins and outs of Suga - expect me to post here a bit. I hope I can learn to take full advantage of the Sugar system.
