Howdy!

I'm Scott, and I am a co-owner of a small company in Austin, Tx. Right now, we have 3 people handling sales (including myself). All three of us have other responsibilities, so we need to trade off frequently. I am hoping SugarCRM will help us coordinate our efforts more, and will make it easier when I begin hiring a full-time sales staff.

At the moment, we're evaluating SugarCRM, trying to see what it is capable of, where it's limitations are, and what workflow changes will be necessary if we commit.
