I am a Product Manager for an Open Source solutions integrator company in Phoenix, AZ. I have a few years experience as a Salesforce.com power user and was a big fan. I have come to Sugar by sheer market momentum - you can say I was swept away by it.

I have been evaluating the product now for about a month and will lead the charge to implement SugarCRM Open Source at my company to replace a variety of other products doing similar tasks. I am very impressed with the maturity of this product and get a sense that additional growth will make SugarCRM a serious contender to some of the names that have owned this space for some time now. Well done.
