Not compatible Error Occur

Hi All,
I have download the zip file for quote and product from the below URL,

SugarForge: Advanced OpenSales: Project Filelist

I have exactly download the file name is:
Advanced OpenSales Quotations 3.0 for SugarCRM 6.0 - and
Advanced OpenSales Products 3.0 for SugarCRM 6.0 -

when i was upload this files using module loader in existing project, an error was occur like,

The uploaded file is not compatible with this version of Sugar: 6.4.0beta5

Is there any files available for this version(Especially for Quotation and Product)?..
Please kindly help me....
