Our company had a very serious issue with the mass email manager in the campaigns module. It worked properly for two of our emails, but the third, the latest one went out in a very false way: a lot of our customer received it more than 3 or 5 times ( the same mail). Please look into this problem. The only thing I did differently in this third email is that I imported a list through the prospects, and not put the proper contacts one-by-one from the pop-up window. I have isolated this problem, and I am sure that it was not with our email server, it was with the sugarCRM. Please look into this and reply me ASAP because this falsly sent emails was very important, and that it was sent to all of our customers multiple times made it very redicolous.
