Dear all,
I am trying to evaluate necessities defined by my client in order to push him from Sales Force to Sugar.
I spent a whole night in the demos, but from my 185 issues to be checked, the following could not be identified.
Maybe those of you in Sales/Marketing already using sugar can help me in understanding, if these issues are covered by any sugar-crm-version or not. Any - I really mean any - information is very much appreciated.
Here we go:
- Ability to perform target marketing based upon market segment, industry, geography, application/products in use, etc.
- Ability to access CRM data offline. This includes the ability to view and update Companies and Contacts, as well as the ability to log notes about a call
- Ability to define the records and data to be synced to the offline version of the CRM solution
- Ability to track support requests including the following information: Serial #, Model #, Problem, Date, Time, Customer Contact, Resolution, Type, Tracking a Status, and a Result
- Ability to create Quarterly forecasting reports by group, i.e.. Europe, US, etc.
- Ability to track competitors on an opportunity, including the opportunity winner
- Ability to capture a history on each machine, including service history, revision level of software, etc.
- Ability to track maintenance schedule for each machine (last and next maintenance)
- Ability to log different types of tasks and events, each capturing information specific to the activity type
Thank you for your support!
