Email Campaign Seed Lists

We just ran our first email campaign. It worked. Yay!

However, I thought that emails sent to seed lists would not show up in the campaign results screen. But I'm seeing opens and clickthroughs from members of the seed target list. Did I do something wrong, or is my understanding incomplete?

I'm wondering if my mistake was adding the seed list to each Email Marketing record? I had to add the test list to each email marketing record in order for the Send Test to work, so I did the same thing with the seed list.

We're running Sugar Professional 4.2.1a.

Seed List is used to monitor delivery of your email campaign. The seed list receives a copy of the email sent and their activity is logged in the campaign results just as the default list.
