Hi,
I have deleted all messages from a campaign in the "Outbound Email Queue Management" and when I started another campaign, the old deleted campain's email are still sending.
It's a problem since the deleted campaign is time limited, and now I am getting mad customers that receive an email about somthing suposed to happen a month ago !
I had to stop the runcampaign scheduler to avoid more complaigns, but now I need to send a new campaign to send our apologies!
How do I first make sure the old campaign will not be sending ?
