I'm new in SugarCRM, and having success in the management of this powerful tool.
Congratulations for the developers that have built an excellent application, and more, have publicated on the "open source mode".
I installed the 4.2.0a version on a Linux box (Fedora Core 5), and "all" is working fine.
We just have only one problem (that I don't know if it's a problem): on email campaigns, the emails are going out to the targets list only one time per target.
When I resend the same Email Marketing to the same targets, or when I create a new Email Marketing with other email model, the emails are going out, but not really, because they are not coming in the mail box.
The emails go to the Email Queue, and I know about this because on Admin -> Manage Email Queue I see them, but when I click do send, they disappear, and don’t do to the sent items on the status of the campaign.
Anyone can help me?
I need to solve this issue, because it’s elementary to decide about the live of SugarCRM in my office. The sales department resends the email marketing sometimes (sure the client requests the resend).
