Campaign questions

Hi,

I hope somebody can clarify this for me. I currently am using sugar 4.0 opensource have account data for approx 3500 accounts in the database but only active prospects have contact information against them.

I have used 3rd party tools to get various list based on postcode ie. OX* = Oxford etc and what I want to do is work my way through these list getting contact names and adding them to the database but as a campaign.

In summary I need to know the best way to set up a campaign for cleaning the data, then progress that data through to mailing, followup calls, lead generation to opportunity and I am not sure the best way to do it.

Any body have any ideas on this please ??

I also have another question now as well. When you click the activities tab and look at calls is there an easy way to look at just the open items for the current date and ahead. Reason being if I wanted to move a block of calls from one day to another it would be easier if this were possible.
