    Default Bounce Message Problem

    We're getting started with email campaigns, and I was puzzled by the fact that the campaign status screen wasn't showing any bounced messages. I checked the bounce mailbox manually, and there are a number of undeliverable messages.

    I've verified that the scheduler is running, and that Sugar can access the mailbox.

    Any ideas? We're running version 4.2.0d.

    I'm having the same problem using verion 4.5.0d. How is the bounce supposed to work?

    I see that the "viewed message" is received from an image embedded in the file, and the "clicked-through" is from the link, but how is it supposed to determine bounced?

    Hi

    It depends on the version of your Sugar but bounced emails arel not be processed correctly (at the moment).
