I am evaluating SugarCRM 3.5 and I have created an Email Marketing Campaign. When I view the Queued Emails from the Admin Module, Mass Email Manager, the Campaign, Recipient Name and Recipient Email columns are empty. Why aren't these columns populated in this list?"
In addition, when I create an email template and change the "Insert Variable:" fields to "Contact/Lead/Prospect", "Name" and $contact_name and save the email template, when I later Edit the email template, the "Insert Variable:" fields are not displayed with my previous selections. It appears the "Insert Variable:" fields are reset to the previous default of "Accounts", "ID" and $account_id. This is a defect.
