We have implemented a new support case and bug tracking system here in the SugarCRM Forums that replaces the previously named Support Requests forum. This new system allows us to better track and manage actual support cases.
However, we do think the threads in this forum are useful and are keeping them alive as a general purpose Help Forum. We hope this makes everybody's life simpler.
