Two SugarCRM features questions

Hello,

I've been browsing the site, and testing the demo of SugarCRM for a while, but I still have two remaining questions,
I'm searching 2 functionalities, maybe I haven't been in the good place to find them :

Is it possible to use SugarCRM "disconnected" from the network, while still being able, after a session of "disconnected" work, to synchronize with the global database ? (If no, is this functionality in the Roadmap ?)
Are there some excel exports available ?

Essentailly every screen can export the current list of items to CSV format, which can be opened by Excel.
