Searching notes content...

Hi all,

When using the search facility, I am surprized that it can't find content of notes or other items. Seems that I only works with contacts. Is this the normal behaviour?

Yes I believe not searching notes is the intended behavior. It was probably done to speed up searching.

With that being said, has anyone edited the code to allow searching of the notes? I know I can search the Notes subject by going to Activities Tab -> Notes. But I can't search the body.

It would be great is there was a Notes section in addition to Opportunities, Contacts, Leads, and Accounts in the "Search Results" screen.
