Since Sugar Sales is having the customer case tracking functionality, is there a way to separate the roles of the users?
Looking at the Dashboard, Pipeline by Sales Stage, the legend is showing all users on the system. Apart from the normal sales quota carrying users, we would like to add service personnel. Is there a way to exclude these users from a normal sales person so that the legend will not have 10-20 names with only 4-5 are the actual quota carrying users?![]()
