Calandar Question

Is there any way to view the calendar of other users other than logging in as them?

i think it would be best to have the ability to view other calanders...like the users giving rights to other users to view there calander. This is a neccecsaty. Also giving the administrators rights to view all things that are on the calander for all the users.

More or less some extra and needed functions to the calendar need to be intergrated in.

We've been hearing this request and plan on adding it to Sugar Sales soon (possibly the Spring 2005 release). In the meantime, it'd be great to hear your ideas for how this feature should work. Around the office, I've heard people mention a selectbox above the calendar screen that contains a list of users to choose from. Any ideas? Thanks!

I think a multi select box (and im sure you might be familar with this) kinda similar to the select boxes you have in the backend of Mambo. Where you can select multiple users. Makes life a ton easier as well. That would be my highly suggested recommendation.

Also having the abilit to do the same for printing.

I agree. Drop down would probably be the easiest way to implement this.

Very useful for us, since we have a sales assistant who schedules stuff for us and needs to view other peoples' calendars.
